Ever wonder why some products are wildly successful while others struggle? Not an easy question to answer, but successful products do share a number of characteristics.

First and foremost, they all meet a specific need or solve a current problem for the prospective consumer. Additionally, they all deliver real value, are well positioned and marketed, and are priced right.

With ClickBank products, there is one other critical consideration -- will affiliates promote the product?

Virtually all best-selling ClickBank products benefit from a significant number of affiliates actively promoting them. These affiliates risk their own resources, both time and money, to drive qualified traffic to products that convert and return a profit. These affiliates have a huge variety of products to choose from, so make sure yours gets their attention.

Remember, affiliates are looking for products that sell to a specific niche, offer good quality and value for the consumer, convert well, and, last but not least, pay enough commission to earn the return on investment they require.

When you are new to ClickBank, you may be thinking "I can't afford to offer 50% or higher commission to affiliates." The real question you should ask is, can you afford NOT to? Here are some statistics that deserve careful consideration. Listed below are the average commission percentages for ClickBank accounts with affiliate-referred sales in 2007:

• Top 10 selling accounts- 74% commission
• Top 100 selling accounts- 69%
• Top 1000 selling accounts- 60%
• Average for all accounts- 55%

Commission offered to affiliates is not a singular determinant for product success. With that said, I believe this data speaks for itself.

So remember, if you're a ClickBank product publisher just starting out, or if you're looking for ways to improve existing sales, take a second look at the commission rate you offer affiliates. Generosity is often rewarded.

Breaking Through the Either Or Syndrome

Let’s take a little quiz. Read the following five questions and answer them as honestly as possible. Ready? Begin:

• 1. Do you want a successful career or a close relationship with your family?

• 2. Do you want to earn a fortune or do the work you love?

• 3. Do you want to enjoy a delicious love life or grow your business?

• 4. Do you want to give to your favorite charity or invest in the new car?

• 5. Do you want to travel the world or make money?

There’s only one answer to all of these questions. The answer is:

BOTH!

One of the most powerful habits that can bring more abundance in your life is the habit of thinking, Both.

• Rich people live in a world of abundance.
• Poor people live in a world of limitation.

Poor people think there’s not enough to go around in the world. They come from a fear-based mindset. Their answers are either/or, but never both.

In a poor person’s mind-set they go for security above love, safety before self-expression and protection over possibility.

What about you? Are you a possibility theorist or a fear-based thinker?

• Rich people live in a world of abundance.
• Poor people live in a world of limitation.

Rich people understand that with a little creativity, a willingness to be unconventional, and an open mind, they can have both. When you build your business (and your life) on the Both mentality, you will see opportunities that you were once blind to.

I invite you to begin today to alter your mind-set. Get in the habit of saying Both! Try it for the next seven days. Anytime you’re asked to decide on two options, say both and then use your creative genius to make it happen.

You’re asked if you want peanut butter or pralines and cream. Say both and then do a double work out that day.

You’re asked if you can write that article or take your daughter to soccer. Say both and then skip TV that night.

You’re asked if you want to spend a week at the lake or a week at the beach. Say both and sign up for a house exchange.

You’re asked if you want to attend Yale or Berkeley. (Ha! This is the question my daughter Auriana poses as I write this article.) I say, Let’s jump on a plane, tour the campuses and make a choice. To which my 18-year-old daughter replies, And whatever college I don’t get my Bachelors from, I’ll attend for my Masters!

Just say, Both!

Only you can make the decision to break through the limitations put on life. YOU have the power to change your beliefs about abundance and prove to yourself you really believe in enjoying both!

Your first homework assignment this month is to practice saying, Both for seven days and notice the changes in your life. Your second homework assignment is to celebrate those changes and all the abundance that you will begin manifesting into your life.

One of the most frequent questions about debt consolidation I receive is about the benefits of debt and bill consolidation.

To answer this, first of all, I want to say that debt and bill consolidation are the same. When a person owes more than he makes, his stress levels rise, the collection agencies pester him, and he usually ends up running world of emotional delusion to escape. It seems we can never win in a high-paced world, but the fact is debt consolidation has helped thousands around the world to re-establish their lives.

One of the most important tasks debtors must carry out to achieve in debt consolidation is keeping away from complications. When debtors have bills that are behind merely because they didn't have the cash to repay the debts, then their stress will build. Some people may go on binge, spending instead of paying their bills, and procrastinating instead of working to restore their credit.

These people may believe that after three, seven or ten years the problem will end, since the credit reports remove any pending debts after seven years and any bankruptcies after ten years. The fact is, the problem doesn't go away the problems only get bigger. Yes, it is true: after three years, if you manage to payoff a debt, then the debt is removed from your credit report. In addition, yes, it is true if after seven years you failed to make payments the debt is removed in most instances from your credit report.

Furthermore, it is true that in many cases, after ten years, bankruptcy is removed from your credit report. If you have the patience to wait this long, can tolerate the hassling phone calls and letters, and don't mind worrying about going to court for this long, then by all means procrastinate.

Bills and debt consolidation is optional, however bill and debt reduction is your best bet. You can do this by start paying as much every month on your bills as possible to reduce your debts.

Advice for debt consolidation is great, in that the advice given by qualified sources can help you find a solution to relieve your debt and build your credit. Debtors often tire from hassling phone calls and letters from collection agencies and creditors. If you are tired of searching on your own for a solution for repairing your credit, paying your debts, restoring your life; and are tired of getting turn downs on loans, then read this article to find debt relief on your own.

To begin with, on a personal level, it is important to cutback on your spending, as well as avoiding purchases that are not necessary. Cutbacks mean that you will review your bills carefully and look for areas where you can reduce your bills for debt consolidation. For example, how much are you paying for car insurance? Is it possible you can find another provider that offers cheaper rates?

There are also a number of do-it-yourself kits on the market that can help you consolidate your debts and manage your money more efficiently.

Do-it yourself kits are available online to help you process debt consolidation on your own; however, these kits may cost you a small fortune. But do not despair. The library has completely free kits to help you go through the process of debt consolidation on your own. This includes kits for going to bankruptcy court if you find no other way out of debt.

Any service or company that is trying to charge you fees or interest rates for helping you to get out of debt is a source you should avoid if possible. There are free services, including United Way and a few other sources that will help you relieve your debt, while giving you advice on debt consolidation. You should definitely consider seeking help from them.

Many people fall into traps, since some advisors will lead them in the wrong direction hoping to make more money in the long run. For the best solution for debt consolidation, try spending some time at the local library, where advice is free and information is abundant and less biased.
