When
can I register myself for the rewards program?
On Monday evenings we update the rewards program with sportsbook and casino accounts that signed-up the week before*. That means that you can create a rewards account starting from Tuesday. (If you signed up anywhere between Sunday and the following Saturday you will be able to sign up after Monday).

How
do I get a rewards account or why can't I log-on to
the rewards site?
On the VIPrewards homepage, go to the VIP entrance (for VIP customers) and Good as Gold entrance (for GAG customers). Click on members and type-in your user ID and for the password you use "superbowl" (for VIP members) and "blackjack" (for GAG members). After accessing your account you must change the password to one of your liking and complete the simple registration form.

Do
I receive points for the bets I placed before I signed-up?
Yes, we save all the points you accumulated with
bets you placed before you signed-up. You must have
made at least one bet every month though for the points
to keep on accumulating.

Can
I start redeeming my points right after signing-up?
Every Monday evening the points that were accumulated
the week before* are added to your rewards account.
But if you already have some points in your account
from previously placed bets you can redeem them whenever
you want.

How
many points do I earn?
When wagering in the sports book you earn 1 point for every $1 bet. When playing the casino games you earn 1 point for every $3 that you play. You can see what your points are worth in the awards section of your rewards account.

How
long does it take for my rewards order to get processed?
If points are redeemed for casino cash (cash bonus) the bonus will be added within 2 days. Points redeemed for gift certificates or sports items are processed every Monday. Gift certificates or sports items that need to be sent to a country outside the U.S. will be sent by surface mail so it could take more than 4 weeks.
