Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year, my loyal readers!

This is the last Issue this year and I would like to thank all of you for your continued support and loyalty, the business we have done together, JVs, feedback and your excellent contributions.

Every year before the new year starts people look back to summarize the past year and make plans and goals for the year coming.
