To find happiness is a goal many of us strive for in our daily lives.

Yoda said "Do. Or do not."

This is one of my favorite quotes of all time. Actually, the quote is "Try not. Do or do not. There is no try."

Whoever wrote these words Yoda uses made a very powerful statement that directly applies to happiness.

Happiness comes directly from our thoughts and nothing else.

When we say "I'll try", or "Maybe I can do it", "I'll give it a shot" we handicap ourselves from the start. Whatever you tell your mind, your subconscious mind obeys. This is how it works.

We begin with a thought. Anything that is in the world began with a thought originated in someone's mind. Then it is spoken, and finally written. By writing or doing a thought we communicate to the world a command - in effect changing a very high vibration of thought to a much lower vibration of doing or writing. By this process we have changed a high energy into matter. In effect we have created.

But here is the rub which ties into Yoda's quote. If you think "I'll try" you are communicating "I'll try" to the world. That is much different that "I will". What we think the Universe must help us do. If you tell the Universe to "try" - that is all the Universe must do!

Be careful of your thinking! What if you think "I want more money"? Many people think this daily. Does the Universe give them what they want? Absolutely because it has to. These people 'want more money!'. When you think be very specific in your thoughts- whether it is thinking about "I'll try" or "I want more money".

The next time you think, say, or write anything at all, be very conscious of what terms you use. Remember the universe must find a way to give you exactly what you ask for!

Have you ever heard any of these statements? "I'm tired today." "I really need more money." I am having a terrible day."

The Universe has no choice but to help you.
